1820 O.104 Square 2, Large Date, Knob 2 Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS AU55, ex. Graham R3?

The BHNC has recently lowered the rarity estimate of this variety to R3, which is something I totally disagree with. I have hunted for Overton varieties without fail for 37 years, and have been a pretty good observer...and finder. But every fiber of my cherry-picking-being knows that 20-104 is R4, and that really nice XF-AU examples are tougher still. In any case, this very scarce coin once graced the incredible quality collection of Dick Graham, before it spent almost a decade in a mid-west collection that is just as selective. I am pleased to offer it here.
