1832 O.103 Small Letters Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS AU58 CAC, ex. Prouty, Kahn, Midwest

CAC approved, and one of the coins I loved the most back when it was in my collection. Gehring bought it from Sheridan Downey for $200 in Feb 1992, and I bought it at Sheridan's sale of the Prouty collection (2000) after Gehring's untimely death. For the past dozen years or so, it has graced the Midwest Collection, and now it is time to add another name to the edigree.  The coin is simply spectacular in all respects.
