CAC approved. This coin doesn't fit my perception or understanding of what a 61 should be. The strike is great, the surfaces are clean and smooth, there is bold, full luster, the originality and "skin: are completely intact, and the eye appeal is excellent. On this scale, what the heck would a 65 look like?
