1859 Liberty Seated Half Dime PCGS MS65+ CAC

CAC approved. For those who want a truly complete US type set, consideration must be given to this coin...a new obverse hub was deployed in 1859, rendering Liberty in a thinner, more delicate form, and using hollow center stars, among other differences.  Of course, this is the last year with a stars obverse (though a rare, transitional pattern is known with stars dated 1860).  So, this coin represents a one-year type!  The coin itself is incredibly pretty, drop-dead original, and has the unmistakable eye appeal of an uber gem!
