1861 Liberty Seated Half Dollar PCGS XF45 CAC, We Grade AU!

CAC approved. Honestly, the assigned grade is silly. I've taken to calling these sorts of things the LCG...oL, and PCGS has been full of them over the past 18 months or so. This is a perfect example. The coin is alive with luster, there just a hint of wear on the high points, the toning is scrumptious and the eye appeal is outstanding. My grade is AU53, and I would fully expect the coin to CAC at that grade. And, the originality is superb. Why didn't it gold sticker? I. Have. No. Idea. Oh...Lowest Conceivable Grade...or Lower.
