A fully XF coin, and very choice and original. Yes, WE is a tad on the indistinct side, but it appears to be from a filled die, not from wear. The balance of the coin is XF40 all day long. Would the coin cross to PCGS? Absolutely...but I simply don't have the 4 months or more to invest in that undertaking (we currently have coins from early February still awaiting grades at PCGS). "Here-is, where-is, as-is" are our new watch words when it comes to coin grading these days. Luckily, this is a fabulous coin!
