The box and card are as new. The coin is undergraded by at least 1 point, perhaps one and a +, and the fields are reflective enough to threaten PL status. This is a stunning coin, but when I consider the assigned grade, I presume NGC simply made a mistake of some sort. Mixed this coin and another. Maybe there is a pretty scruffy looking 64+ PL out there somewhere! This is the finest looking 63 Morgan I've ever seen.
