1883-CC Morgan Dollar PCGS MS65 CAC

CAC approved, and a magnificent example of the coiner's art! This one is strongly reflective (what we used to call "semi-prooflike" back in the old days) on the obverse and fully PL on the reverse. The fields and cheek are clean as a whistle, and I think the minimum grade on this today is 65+. I can tell you for certain that I have seen worse in 66 holders. There is one semi-hidden contact mark in the hair that should preclude that grade, but one never knows. This is an old holder too... a Generation 4.0 Series holder with barcode on the back, made from Oct 1998 thru Feb 2002...minimum 21 years ago next month!
