1883-CC GSA Morgan Dollar NGC MS64, I grade 65 PL

Lately, NGC has been very PCGS-like...stingy with the grades. Here is a great example. I grade this coin a 65, and you will too. Plus, there is very significant PL flash, more so on the reverse, but darn close on the obverse. It is a lovely, white, gem coin without distractions. The original, correct dated card and black box are included. Yes, this is rather expensive for a 64, but the coin is not a 64.
