Contained in an ancient, First Gen Cache holder, with the submitter's initials and 4 numerals. The letters are not for New Jersey...perhaps Ned Jones (I don't know who that is either)? In any case, the coin is beautiful, the holder is perfect and very scarce, and the the date, while common, is somewhat less often found beautifully toned.
