Again, a lovely, choice, original Bust half with outstanding color, freshness, luster and eye appeal...that did not CAC. I'd put this one up against almost any of the ones I've seen with CAC approval, and feel confident this is better! The coin is exceptional in every way. It is also a very early die state (VEDS), showing no die cracks, and a couple of reverse die lines...a huge one from rim to 0 (in 50 C.) and a smaller, finer one from stem-end to top of C2. Perhaps this is properly termed a Prime die state. It's certainly the earliest I can recall seeing.
