Library of Coins Volume 53, All-Purpose Coin Album. One page for each regular US denomination...cent, nickel, dime, quarter, half dollar and dollar. This is in the category of "general" albums in the LOC series - the openings are without printing. Thus, a collector can put whatever issues he/she wishes in the openings. The bad part of that is that most collectors wrote their own notations at each opening, and generally in pen. So, finding any of the "general" albums without interior markings is a fairly unusual circumstance. Here is one. This album appears unused, and is fresh and fairly tight. At six pages, the spine does tend to get loose, and it is a bit, but not bad. Exterior shows a bit of shelf wear, but very strong spine printing. Nice! in coin terms, AU53.
