It is with great excitement that I announce our newly designed website is now live.

What does this mean to me as a customer?

The new site will provide better performance, better pictures and better service, and it is built on a platform that will allow the site to grow with us for years to come. Your account information will be transferred to the new site, meaning you will not need to create a new account and re-enter all your shipping/billing information. WE CANNOT TRANSFER YOUR PASSWORD, HOWEVER, since we don’t have access to it. Your new account will be assigned a randomly generated password. Please, take a moment to log into your account and change your password immediately for security reasons.

How do I change my password?
On Tuesday, when we’re back up and running, please visit or click the Login/Register link in the top right corner of the homepage.

And change your password in one of two ways:

If NOT logged in: click ‘Lost your password’ on the my-account page.
If logged in: click ‘edit your password and account details’ link on the my-account page.

What if I didn’t receive an email?

If you did not receive an email with your account login information, please visit the following address:

Once there, click on the ‘Lost your password’ link under LOGIN. Then simply enter the email address you’ve been using since becoming a customer and an email will be sent to you to reset your password. If your account doesn’t exist, please feel free to register a new account.

What about my want-list information?

The new site does have a want-list feature very similar to the old site. Unfortunately, that information will not transfer to the new site. Though we apologize for the inconvenience, please enter your want list information at your leisure.

We have NEWPS!!

The best news of all is that the new site will have almost 100 new coins, in stock and ready to go. Please take a few minutes to check your favorite series, and let us hear from you! The new site is just like the old site in this way – if you see coins listed, they are in stock and available. Prices are net. Simply put coins in your cart, and head to checkout. As before, all the payment options are available at checkout.
