1799 B.5, BB.157 Draped Bust Dollar PCGS VF25 OGH CAC
CAC approved. Pretty much a wow coin, though if you are sensitive to a few totally organic, minor, stray marks, then this might not be the perfect coin for you. But I am not, and strongly consider originality and eye appeal over a few marks (none of which, by the way, are even close to notable or out of unexpected range), and this coin satisfies in those ways! There is a minor planchet flaw be;ow the final 9, which is actually a mint error (incomplete planchet), but some of you may find it distracting. Still...not me. The coin was made that way, and nobody tried to "improve" it along its long journey to here and now. A coin that I grade VF35, and with the soft luster to back that up. Original, pretty, 18th Century and pleasing in every way. A great type coin.
