That's quite a title! But this is quite a coin, and very rare. The cud at ED is relatively common and available. The second cud, atop UN, isn't. Herrman notes 13 known, but he doesn't have a record of this fairly new example. Which happens to be original, free of major issues, very attractively toned in antique golden gray, and the darn thing is an "overdate" and it has 2 cuds! And in an affordable grade too. What more could one hope to find?
