1811 C.1 Classic Head Half Cent PCGS VG8 CAC

CAC approved, and one of only 8 such examples of the date below the F12 grade level...thus affordable! This is a really nice, original coin, though we do note some very light, ancient scratches below HALF and CENT. They are really minor, very old, completely toned over, and really don't amount to much.  But - full disclosure - they are there. They weren't enough to keep us from buying the coin, or to keep PCGS from grading the coin, or to keep CAC from stickering the coin...so they may not be enough to bother you!
