A great coin for this very tough die marriage, which is one of my favorite of the whole series. There are some natural, darker planchet streaks on the reverse which distract some, but the coin is so original and choice otherwise, that I love it! The toning is rich, antique golden gray with deeper gold at the rims, and there are hints of actual luster. The die state is rather late-middle, with the cracks fully formed but not nearly as intense as they get.
