1819 O.113 Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS AU58

From the Montross Collection, a fabulous and quite comprehensive collection of lettered edge half dollars, 1794 thru 1836. Formed by an experienced, demanding numismatist over many years, this collection focuses on quality and grade, with virtually every one of the 550 or so coins being certified by PCGS or NGC, many of the Capped Bust being AU58. There is literally something for everyone! The present coin is boldly lustrous, very well struck and has great eye appeal, which is impacted only slightly by the natural, very minor planchet streaks on the reverse.
