1828 O.119 Square 2, Small 8, Small Letters Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS AU58 CAC

CAC approved. On of my favorite all-time Bust half dollar die marriages. It is not only truly scarce, but it the only Small Letter reverse die used in 1828 (at least that we've found so far), it is also a major Redbook variety, and hard to find in really nice shape. Like we have here. Nearly complete cartwheel, lovely light toning, smooth surfaces, a great strike, and a complete lack of any distractions. A great example.
