A lovely, original example of a variety the original generation of Overton researchers called the "AB's", short for "Abominable Bastards". The 1834 O.113 and O.114 were likely experiments with hubbing the entire design all at once. The varieties share many attribution points, and a widely re-punched E in E PLURIBUS UNUM. It can be hard to tell the two varieties apart, but there are some subtle differences. More work needs to be done on this topic.
