1840 (O) WB-5 Reverse of 1838 Liberty Seated Half Dollar PCGS AG3 (CAC)

CAC approved. The only CAC approved AG3, with only 2 lower. Also, one of the coolest "story" coins in US numismatics, as far as I am concerned. I simply love the fact that these were struck at New Orleans, without a mintmark, based on a comedy of errors! The 1839-O half had the O on the front, which was highly unusual in and of itself. But, when the Bust type became the Seated type, and an old reverse die continued in use, this branch mint coin without a mintmark was the result. What are the chances?
