1844-O WB-6 Large O Liberty Seated Half Dollar ICG AU53

I know...you caught me! I rarely offer an ICG slab on this website, but there's a first time for almost everything. The coin is really quite nice - not perfect- but darn nice. Properly graded, original enough (it was likely washed with soap and water, not abrasively in any way, long ago), lightly toned and very appealing. And, the die state is super cool, showing a retained cud above ES O, that is lifting quite a bit. And this coin is much higher grade than the LDS example pictured in Bill Bugert's latest work on this series. But, the primary reason for the IGC slab is...that's how I bought it and I'm tired of playing the slabbing game at the present time. This coin will cross to any brand you prefer, maybe as AU50 if they are having a particularly bad day, but I'm not planning on spending my money in that way.
