1852 $2.50 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle PCGS AU58 CAC

CAC approved. Just minor evidence of handling, and a stray line or two are evident, but the originality, color and overall preservation are outstanding. A great way to get a "type" coin that really isn't super common. Yes, the late dates in this series have lower mintages, but the survival rate of those are much higher than the earlier dates. The earlier dates actually circulated a good bit, and the later dates, not so much.
