A very scarce, Period One issue. The color is excellent, and the flashy luster is semi PL, especially on the obverse. A lovely example, with only one graded higher (NGC 65). A 64 has not traded at public auction since 2015, and there is no recorded sale of the lone 65. The Storck collection only had an NGC63.
