How many Civil War era silver coins graded MS61 can properly be described as "luster bombs"? I don't know, but my working hypothesis is...not many. Here is one. WOW. The strike is very bold, the surfaces are smooth for the grade, there are no distractions and the luster is truly mesmerizing. CAC opted not to sticker, and why is serious question that I cannot answer.
