A lovely, totally original, well struck issue of the State of Louisiana. The full, rolling luster and hint of light gold give us fabulous eye appeal, and the smooth surfaces are free of notable marks. Fully Choice by any standard, it seems to me, though CAC declined to agree. I see no reason to have done so, and every reason for a positive outcome.
