An unlisted RPD as far as I can tell. The upright of the 1 extends below the base, and there may be a tiny amount of re-punching on the 8 and 6 as well. The coin itself is wonderful...very choice, original and fully lustrous. Oh, and there's a cool rim cud at lower right on the reverse too!
