CAC approved. We all know that grading standards have changed over the years, but no segment of grading has evolved more than PL and DMPL designations on Morgan dollars. It is not unusual at all to find coins in old holders called DMPL that might barely qualify as PL today. Although I believe the present day standards seem a bit of an over-reaction and therefore a bit too stringent (in my humble opinion), we do find those situations with some regularity. Not so here, friends. This coin goes the other way, and is anybody's DMPL. WOW!
