1883-CC Morgan Dollar PCGS XF40

The "middle" CC Morgan dollar dates are all a bit challenging to find in circulated grades - and much more so with great quality and originality - though the 85-CC is clearly the King. Early dates - '78 through '81 - are relatively easy to find, and the later dates - '89 through '93 - are quite easy to find. But 1882, 1883, 1884 and especially 1885-CC dollars were not generally released into circulation at or near the time of minting, thus they are tougher to find. BU's of each middle date are easily available, thanks to the GSA Hoard. This coin is fabulous for its complete originality, excellent surface quality and superb eye appeal. "Only" an XF, but a great quality XF!
