Here, I fully understand the lack of a CAC approval. Probably, the coin was dipped in the 50's or 60's, and then stored in an album. There is some busyness on the cheek and neck, in the form of slide marks, from that album. But, the coin is otherwise lovely...fully lustrous, fully struck, lightly toned and without major marks.
