Our pics are pretty good, but they do not show the true nature of the obverse color found here. It is an exquisite, antique blend of gold and amber, with some steel gray that hints at blue for good measure. And, it is alive with full, rolling luster, and is both thick and translucent at the same time. The reverse color is a more pedestrian - by comparison - peach golden gray, which on it's own is lovely. But the obverse color is the star here. A truly lovely Peace dollar, which aren't generally found with great color.
