1937 Walking Liberty Half Dollar PCGS MS63 OGH CAC

CAC approved. Here is a coin I think should have gotten a Gold Bean. I grade the coin 64+ and it is crusty, original and beautiful. Also, it is contained in an interesting, old holder...a Generation 2.2, made only in Dec 1989 and January 1990.  This is one of the series of "Frame Around" holders, with a flimsy plastic collar around a rattler shape, meant to provide a stacking rim. In January of 1990, PCGS went to the basic shape that still exists today. This one is notable, as the collar, which is fragile and usually pretty beat up, is in great shape!
