1937-S Washington Quarter NGC MS65

Out of stock

Invariably, I will get asked why this coin isn't in a PCGS holder. Here is my answer: It certainly could be. At the assigned grade. If you want to spend your collecting dollars on that. Now for my more complete thought process...the coin is the coin, and this is a great, well-struck, totally original, absolutely beautiful, gem coin. Aside from a Registry Set purpose, what difference does it make? I understand folks have preferences, and the strong preference among many is for PCGS plastic. But, we collect coins, not plastic!
