1936 Bridgeport Silver Commemorative PCGS MS65, Gen 2.1 Holder

Wow. The "Frame-Around-Rattler", Generation 2.1 holder is in great shape, not something which is often found, thanks to the relatively fragile nature of the frames. The entire Gen 2 holder family was very short0-lived, and is actually transitional, from the original Rattler to the fundamental shape that endures today. The frames were added to provide a stacking rim, which the Rattlers lacked. Trying to handle even a small stack of Rattlers was a fool's errand! The coin - that should be the most important part! - is fabulous. It is original, totally fresh, super clean and outstanding in every way. Not sent to CAC due to the pause in economy submissions, but certain to sticker, in my humble opinion.
