OK. Let's just simply say that I disagree with PCGS' assessment of this coin. I grade it 64, and it is pretty, problem-free and quite appealing. Part of a large group of coins we recently bought, all with Photo Certs dated Sept 9, 1981. The coins graded by ANACS back in the early 80's were typically conservatively done, and this one is no different, though my grade is as noted above.
