Sorry...but try as I might, I cannot come up with a grade less than MS64 here. I have no idea what PCGS was looking at, or maybe what they were smoking at the time they graded this coin. It is super choice, original, deeply lustrous and shows just a hint of toning. Part of a large group of coins we recently bought, all with Photo Certs dated Sept 9, 1981. The coins graded by ANACS back in the early 80's were typically conservatively done, and this one is no different, though I don't quite get to 65. I sure as heck blow thru 62 though!
